Kaki Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the kaki platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. kaki reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kaki platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the kaki platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the kaki management team. This document is to be read together with Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming us, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and this platform.
The kaki platform is only open to individuals aged 18 and above. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use these services in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, email address, and a valid phone number.
Kaki reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a copy of your ID or bank statement for account verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the kaki support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate steps can be taken to secure your account.
Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
As a kaki platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. The platform is intended for legitimate entertainment and betting purposes only. You may not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or with the intent to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with platform systems
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity
- Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activities
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the kaki platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and Malaysian online banking. The minimum deposit is RM 10 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the stipulated timeframe. If your deposit has not been received within that period, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as an anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may require supporting documents before funds are approved.
Kaki reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if there are signs of suspicious activity or if the relevant promotional conditions have not been fully met. All withdrawal decisions are final.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The kaki platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. kaki is not liable for any losses, damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or inaccurate information.
Kaki does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully secure against third-party threats. We will make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent platform availability, though scheduled maintenance and system updates may result in unavoidable downtime.
All bets placed through the platform are entirely the user's own responsibility. You acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and kaki is not liable for any financial decisions you make based on your use of this platform.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Kaki reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may not be recoverable depending on the nature of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must ensure there are no outstanding balances or active bets in the account. Any remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe once the verification process is complete.
Any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or attempts to defraud the platform or other users will be reported to the relevant authorities and dealt with in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software on the kaki platform are the exclusive property of kaki and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The kaki platform may contain references or informational links to third-party websites. kaki is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing external websites is at your own risk, and kaki makes no endorsement or warranty regarding such content.
Kaki reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
